Server Software Engineer

Installed, upgraded, maintained, and supported server software. Daily duties included, but were not limited to, assisting with the planning, designing, implementation, administration and maintenance of server systems and projects; maintaining and rolling out servers and applications; defining system configurations; installing hardware and software; setting up and monitoring system tasks; providing problem resolution; conducting preventive maintenance upgrades; management of server content; resolving customer complaints.
